internet problems

my internet is so full of sh*t
the providers were with are BT and its a load of crap most of the time
also i can no longer get on tp sheezy art my alternative art page and its annoying the hel out of me
alls i keep getting is probelem loading page or internal server error *screams* its so annoying i cant get to anything anymore and i know its not just the site having problems as other people can get on it easily
also my phone screen has just cracked cos i fell over with it in ma pocket and now theres no screen but i can still do stuff on it like ring, the big problem is that a really close friend of mine has just gone on holiday for 10 days and other than my phone i havent got their number and they now think im ignoring them, i really desperatly need to get hold of them
i hate today
